esiii I didn't understand your 1st comment at first since you didn't specify. Just follow the 2nd link. I thought you wanted to play offline solo. You could had said you wanted to play with multiple people on your own network.

help me thanksesiii offline is simply not supported on Plutonium.
Every time you start a game a connection to an online server is required at first so if you don't have internet you cannot pass that "check".I'm not able to explain why it's that way since I'm not a developer on the project but that's how it is.
Fully offline support is planned but it's low on the priority list so we cannot guarantee anything -

help me thanksesiii You really need a wifi to play a Lan with friend and you cannot play the game with Local network or LAN since wifi Was needed to play the game. if you want to play Plutonium Offline Just Create a Bat Files.
