My BO2 Zombies doesn't open

Help me, please, i'm trying to open the T6 Bo2 Zombies, the music plays but the game window doesn't.

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
