i am trying to play zombies but the game wont load in and its not showing the maps its just a grey and blue pattern

Dss0 no i dont own the dlcs i just bought the game today i did play with my friend earlier and it was working fine although i do have the dlc camos in multiplayer

still happening relaunched the game and this showed
also i realized i might have been doing it wrong because i was doing it on black ops 2 the game it self so then i did it on black ops 2 zombies and
i have done this multipull times and the number dont seem to go down -
