Crashes when I open the map

Everytime I click on custom games, solo play or anything that would open the place you choose a map it crashes immediately. I have ran the game with administrator access turned off all virus protection services and have reinstalled the torrent. It still does not work does anyone have ideas on how I can try to fix this?

WolflexZ Dont think its my specs as I can run normal bo2 no problem and I have also ran plutonium in the past no problem. But I have ryzen 5 3600 gtx 1660 ti

Perezey what is your antivirus? the fact that it's disabled might not matter

list every security software you haveResxt I don't have any anti virus software just pre installed windows security that I disabled. Also it seems that multiplayer works fine and if I put the game into lan mode it doesn't crash even though I don't have any cheats or mods installed.
