I can't activate the scoreboard

can anybody help me?
Can you please explain to me how I configure the button on the scoreboard in zombies?
You already know where you can see the names of the players in the game, the points, the deaths.
It's that I've been looking for a while in the configurations and it doesn't appear, on the other hand in BO2 it does.
My friends tell me that with the "tab" button, but I have that button to change weapons.

@BlackZertus i thing opening the console and typing
- bind TAB "+scores"
or scoreshow, scoreboard... idk the exactly name...but thats the way you can do it:(
