I cant play on servers or certain maps

When i click on a zombie map (Example: Mob of the dead), i wait for the game to start, when the map finish loading, on the "Awaiting Textures" it freez, then take me to the lobby and shows me a text "You have been disconected from de BO2 servers), this also happens when i want to join a multiplayer game, or a zombie map, i re installed the game, but nothing.
¿What can i do?, ¿Is there a solution?

Where did you download BO2 files from?
Steam? Our torrent? Another source? -

TsumugiKotobuki Did you install any files and replace them with the original game files?
