Super High ping on good internet

I play a lot of games on my computer every day, including bo2 on official servers and they barely ever lag, online or otherwise, but for some reason, if i try to play on plutonium servers, no matter what settings, i have at least upwards of 200 ping. Is there a way to resolve this issue? because the game is unplayable. Framerate is fine, but i rubberband like crazy and the game freezes randomly just to speed up to where everyone else is, then freeze again. Its really strange because the first time I played, my ping was fine. I was playing gun game on nuketown and not lagging at all, but ever since I left that game I cant even play.

Wuvvix if u connect to a server far away from you then of course u will have high ping.
