Handshake: decryption failed or bad record mac

Hello
I can't open plutonium and login into my account, the launcher keeps saying that I have an issue but I can't fix it.
There was only one post on this forum that had the same problem that I am having but the solutions offered there don't work at all for me.
I tried everything but to no avail.
can anyone help me? thanks in advance

Try to add an exclusion to your antivirus with these instructions
https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/#how-do-i-fix-this-other-antivirusAlso if you have additional protections on like anti rootkit it might cause issues.
If nothing works uninstalling it completely could solve the issue
