Recording footage with plutonium

Whenever i try to use shadowplay to screencap, it never works. is there something i need to setup seperate to make plutonium recordable?
i dont like using OBS as its never crystal clear quality like shadowplay

Lordjesus play in windowed mode/windowed fullscreen

if it's not crystal clear when recording with obs then you probably have the wrong settings or a low bit rate and need to raise it
