BO1 Frame Drops and Performance Issues

Hi there, I just wanted to find out if anyone has experienced micro stutter and frame drops whilst playing BO1 and if there are any fixes for it? I have an okay system and it should definitely run BO1 with no issues. BO2 and WaW run fine. Here is my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
16.0 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
I'm not the smartest when it comes to PC game settings and I'm new to using the Plutonium mod regularly so if anyone can give some helpful advice that would be appreciated

SFMPlayz it’s not an issue with your game files or pc.
bo1 got a very bad port to pc
so you need a decent pc to get decent fps -

SFMPlayz He is right but you do have an Okay pc except for that 1050 what you could do is lower the Quality simply go to settings you can change it from there.
