Imput not supported

I set 85hz in game settings and my monitor doesn't support it, since then only a message appears on the monitor saying imput not supported. how do i go back to default settings without having to enter the game? I don't know what to do...!

The CFG files are in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t5\players
config_mp is for multiplayer
conLZM is for zombies

What you're looking for is r_displayRefresh
Or even easier you can just delete the configuration file to regenerate it, same result
