Everytime a map has a red name to it before I load in it closes my game completely but I installed all the DLC's, anyone?

What kind of maps are affected?
Stock maps? DLC maps? Custom maps?
All of them?

My guess is that it is just a bad server that doesn't provide any means of downloading custom maps.
