    i tried everything to activate upnp but its still disabled so i read what else i could do so i used the port forwarding method but it still doesnt work. sorry that my screenshot is german:/Port.png

      That port forwarding rule looks good, did you add it into Windows Firewall?

          Do you even have a public IPv4? Certain German ISPs are known to not assign public IPv4 addresses anymore.

                  No, without seeing it or you knowing what ranges are used for cgnat it could be yet another private one but this time used to communicate with your isp and their router.

                        @UrosMando please don't recommend anyone to use that trash software, as it fucks up the networking settings of windows.

                          Xerxes didnt know about that, because it didnt happen to me and my friends but then again it is risky so im sorry.
