You probably got your game files from some trash repack, we don't provide support for that. Delete everything and get clean gamefiles from here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/2819/how-to-install-plutonium-t6
Also that error's related to GreenLuma, no clue how you ended up fucking it up to that extent but suggest you delete/uninstall that.
