Can't launch plutonium

First time I opened plutonium, I set up the game directory for Bo2 then pressed "play" but nothing happened. Now, I can't even launch the plutonium launcher... it says "Failed to download file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" Plz help.
