Hey guys, if i start Bo2 Multiplayer or Zombies i get a blackscreen and this error message

I cant understand why, cause if i start the game on Steam it works perfectly fine.Expection Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x006226FBMaybe someone has an idea whats going on here.
