I already have WAW on Steam. Can I use it for Plutonium?

I just logged on today, saw that WAW got added and I'm hyped. I bought WAW a long time ago and it would be nice if I didn't have to reinstall it. Any way I can use my Steam installation?

when you download the pluto launcher and when you go and hit the setup button for your waw stuff just direct it to your steam install. example
