Hi! I have been banned for 27 days of black ops 2, I need to speak to an administrator if possible, please.

D3x yea the anticheat caught you trying to cheat in t6 zombies. Ban message clearly tells you not to try and evade your ban which you apparently ignored (otherwise the ban would be 7 days not 27).
Wait till your ban expires.
