Black Screen after joining match

Hey guys, yesterday I installed BO2 and everything was perfect, until I tried to join a match, the screen goes black and the game gives me this error
I already tried the resetStats command and deleting the files in Appdata, but still persists, anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

You are launching the game via the plutonium launcher (plutonium.exe) right?

Dss0 Alright, the file verification is done, now lemme try if it works. And answering your question, yeah, I'm using the plutonium exe that is in the installation guide.
