Mazito it should work with all updates and .net 4.7.2 installed yes.

When I open Plutonium and press the setup button and then Select Folder, it doesn't let me play. Did I misinstalled the game?

Mazito what do you mean? It still says setup after you selected a folder? If that's the case then make sure the path to your game folder doesn't contain any special characters.

When I try to open it, it says the whole allow this app to make changes to ur computer? i click allow, then it just does nothing. Mabye I'm doing it wrong?
