Hey guys i just want to know how do i add a freind and invite him play with him. And the other thing is is it possible to speak in game with Microphone?

How to i get On my Account Reputation or how this is called i need 3 of it and i want to help people but the Cooldown is annoying because i need to Wait 10 Minutes (600 Seconds) so that i can make another reply -
Play with friends - https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/7/custom-games-with-friends. Also there's no voice chat so no you can't. Use discord/teamspeak voice calls or whatev to chat with your friends.
Regarding the last question, try making camos and posting them in the modding sections, or help out with support in here- generally the quickest way to earn reputations.
