when i open server it says downloading mod and never download it! help plz

Some mods are huge so probably can take abit more time downloading it. Your internet is a factor as well, if you have a shit internet that's your fault. Also note don't interrupt a download once you've started it or else you'll get errors etc until you delete it from your mods folder and download it again.

yes my internet downloading speed is 600kb/sec but like how it took 10 mins and didnt download even a single mod, 1/4 download mod all the time

That's still considered shit and like I said, some are big mods. Be patient
