What antivirus do you use? Also any specific errors/crashdumps?

No error message comes up and I use webroot but when I installed i turned it off and left it off but it still would crash

Uninstall webroot, restart your PC then try launching Pluto again. Btw turning off webroot doesn't do anything, it still actively runs in the background.
