When I launch Bo2 in pluto its apper an error table (Plutonium into error to be closted.....etc)- do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
- post a screenshot of your game folder
- right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
