Error when downloading game files

When I was downloading the game files for BO2, it downloaded 98% worth of them and gave me an error. Anyone know how to fix this?

That's more of a windows error rather than a Plutonium's one. A quick google search shows some other app might be hogging the same port the torrent client is trying to use hence why it failed. Try launching event viewer and seeing the most recent logs, there might be some more info. Screenshot that window. Also try quitting Skype if you have that running.
