Discord rich presence

Hi! I'm having trouble setting up my plutonium rich presence on discord, I've tried several apps and configurations but nothing really works for me.
I want it to look like this, saying that I'm playing black ops 2.
Not this, wich shows plutonium.
In the first screenshot I'm using a program called "MyRichPresence".
The problem is that whenever I join a match in plutonium the MyRichPresence overlay gets replaced by what is shown in the second screenshot, is there a way to disable the plutonium activity status? Thanks!
note: Plutonium's status is automatic, meaning it can't be personalized or disabled at the discord activity status menu.
