LAUNCHER NOT OPENING

I am on a old windows 7 laptop, so that might be the problem. But whenever I try to open the launcher, nothing happens. I click on it, nothing, double click, nope, run as administrator, no dice, waiting a couple minutes once I've clicked it, nada, I even restarted my laptop and it didn't work. HELP

Beengus1805 Windows 7 is not supported. Upgrade to windows 10.
