plutonium is not being updated?

since a couple of weeks ago the game has crashed, the servers do not load, I get the error snowroller uninitialized and I tried to reinstall the launcher deleting the appdata folder and nothing has happened :C (I have no firewall or antivirus or anything)

I know Plutonium does get updated, but remember to do the Instructions Exactly and how it says
