How do I use aim_autoaim_enabled I'm trying to do it in a private match but it doesn't do anything I also cant do anything with any other command I've tried it on lan mode and normal mode both on custom games and they haven't worked.

Thats because it doesn't do anything as already stated in other threads. The game is simply lacking the code for it.

there are dvar functions in the game that just simply does not have any code tied to it. for the reason why it exists because this is a pc port of a console version of bo2 and aim assist was just not a thing that they ported but that dvar is used on console it is the same reason why splitscreen does not work on pc but does on console they where just to lazy to remove any dvar that was not being used

There's tons of settings/commands left over in Call of Duty games that do not work on release builds of the game.
