First my launcher just froze. No error msg. Then I re-downloaded the game and launcher. Still nothing. I reinstalled the redistributables and now I've got an error saying XInput1_4.dll is missing. I checked the antivirus and the files are still excluded. What else can I do?

        Oooohhh no !
I will NOT upgrade to Windows 10 until it won't be absolutly necessary. It's very important for me to keep the control of my computer.
At the moment, Plutonium is the second software I can't install cause of Win 7.
        It's too bad, I uninstall
