After Launching bo2 Zombies it crashes

I load up into zombies press play, get past the bootstrapper hear the zombies sounds kick in then i get two pop-ups,

First is Auto adjustment in progress
Second is Plutonium overlay loading
AND THEN BAM GAME CRASHES and im sent back to my pluto t6 full game folder

And then I also get a notification by my pc telling me that the adjustment plutonium needs if for my display resolution to be changed to 2048 x 1152 but I can’t

Dont know if that helps but I need help
I don’t have any clue how to fix this please help

Sorry for possibly being annoying but I’ll also add that i’ve gotten these error messages as well and ive checked the common problems forums as well but its not there.

They say -

ERROR: sound bank failed to load zmb_alcatraz_load.english
You have a build problem.

HannesC I actually saw that but it still didnt fix it my game still crashes as it loads up unfortunately

Post a screenshot of your game folder. Also if crashdumps are created, please upload them to gdrive and post a link here.
