tons of cheaters in mw3

I have come across a lot of cheaters the past day and none of them have gotten banned.
One of them goes by the ingame name of "acutie" and has been decimating the same server with their hacks every single game.

I request you step up your anti cheat because some cheaters aren't getting banned at all.
