you're supposed to use your plutonium forum username/password here.
The other issue is probably caused by your isp blocking plutonium, either try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10) or use a vpn. -

s0311 he didn't solve it, something on his end is blocking the connection to plutonium. Could be caused by firewall, your isp blocking plutonium, your antivirus software, your system time not being synced....
