Game won't start

After re-installing this twice, it would give me this error and i'm 100% certain that i chose the right folder so im stuck as to why this is popping up. can anyone help?

yungastari install directx from the redist folder in your game folder (/redist/DirectX/DXSETUP.exe).

Dss0 i tried that and it still gives me the exact same error. i even restatrted but nothing. and i do have the right folder as you see here -



i don't know what's wrong and everyone in my friend group was able to run it just fine
