Snowroller uninitialized over and over

I've uninstalled everything plutonium on my pc and reinstalled it 3 times now but I just keep getting the snowroller error. It did this occasionally but mostly would work when I first downloaded everything but then it's doing it every time now. I launch it from the .exe file in my downloads idk what else to do, help please.

Usually means youre on an outdated version and the launcher isn't updating client files automatically for some reason. Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and running the launcher again.
