@ViperTheStriker what i meant was that this is only possible via a mod. idk of any mod that does this, you'll prolly have to write your own.
no idea if player_sustainammo works but it's definitely cheat protected so you'll need to set sv_cheats to 1 on the server. -

shinobu_kocho For "unlimited" ammo you can type this commands = /player_clipSizeMultiplier 999 and then /give Ammo
it gaves you so much ammo for your clip weapon that appear "unlimited"...is the easy way, instead of using mods
