Plutonium bootstrapper starts but doesn’t show the game

I know when you start bo2 it starts 2 tabs and the bootstrapper works perfectly. But when I click on the actual game it opens for a split second then closes itself while the bootstrapper is still going. I don’t know why or how to fix it? I turned off my antivirus, deleted the launcher and the game files but it didn’t seem to help. I installed world at war and it worked perfectly so I don’t know why bo2 is not working

im having a similar issue with WAW all i did to cause my issue was placing my settings to high
