BO2 is launching, but at the wrong resolution.

I know theres like, a lot of posts that are talking about the display resolution on plutonium BO2 being wrong, but when i try to click on the game, it goes black for a second, then brings me back to microsoft edge. When i launch the game, it goes for a minute, but i can see the the display resolution is like, super wonky. Then just brings me back to where i was. Im sorry if this is a common issue with an obvious fix, i looked on the forum and found nothing about this.
