Not letting friends join me

When I try and start a match and have my friends join it says joining game session then it just goes away, I have port forwarded the port shown in my f10 menu, which is 4976, I have set my network to private, I have done everything that the tutorial showed: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/7/custom-games-with-friends ; and it still says it. They have tried to join from my IP, or by double-clicking my name in the f10 menu. Nothing is working, anyone has a solution?
