Unable to Start BO2

Hello, I'm trying to install the Black Ops 2 file and I am doing everything that it says to do, yet as soon as I try to start Playing BO2 The launcher freezes for 3 seconds and then Just closes. That's it. I have tried reinstalling everything multiple times and have looked through the common issues and cant find any help. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or what I need to do? Anytime I try to select the game directory, I select the game file and it appears empty, yet when I click it outside of the game directory it has the files. Please Help.

KManT02 the folder selection dialogue only shows folders, that's normal. So you've tried all of this?
