Plutonium crashes every time i hit WaW play

I need assistance into knowing what steps i should be doing and whether everything was done correctly or not because every time i access plutonium launcher to play it crashes.
I followed the steps exactly as mentioned in the installation steps, i previously had a pre-installed version of the game through steamunlocked but then i delete it and followed plutonium forum steps. downloaded the torrent, it went to downloads file on C to i relocated the file to the D drive where enough space is. launched plutonium, set the path as to D/cod/ 'file name'. Previously is started showing error for XINPUT1_4.dll not found. Reinstalled Directx from microsoft website and relocated the XINPUT1_3.dll in system win32 file after renaming according to the steps online. but still launcher kept crashing every time a click on play even after adding it to the exempted file on windows security essential. what should i do? am i missing something, or perhaps i need to download the game separately? please guide me

uhm what? you shouldn't touch anything inside system32. Which version of windows are you using?

Im using windows 7. Plutonium showed an error saying XINPUT1_4.dll missing. went online to check for a solution, the solution was to download directx and then copy file named XINPUT1_3.dll to desktop, rename the file by changing the 3 to 4, re paste it in system 32 file and in game file, and that what was done.

SUBAROO win7 is not supported by pluto, upgrade to win10.
