Active Server keys not working...

I have followed the guide, i asked in Plutonium Discord/IW4Admin DIscord for help, it seems raidmax says the server keys isn't working for me. Plutonium Discord doesnt seem to be helping either... so here i am:
start_mp_server batch could not run, thus the error above.Note: I've added the RCon Password correctly, Added the IP Correctly, the port is the same on either 27016-27017.
I need help fixing this so i can start working on my server for Plutonium MW3..

Triplcore and have you added the key from https://platform.plutonium.pw/serverkeys to the startup batch file?
