bo2 zombies mod

is there a way to get mods like on the servers for example phd and deadshot on buried custom commands zombie counters and health bars and i want all that on solo or just know how to get those while on lan mode so i can get my mod menu
and the xpartygo command dont work for me on zombies -

you should be able to start the match without using xpartygo, just hit start match.
