Plasmatico42frog Where did you download mw3 from? Can you post a screenshot of your game folder?
Also your system dlls might be corrupted due to any previous shitty repacks you downloaded - try launching cmd as admin, and executing these commands -
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthAfter it's done, restart PC and try launching the game again.
