Weer213 it's one of the first things in the readme + a simple "fov" research on the forum would've give you the answer

Weer213 1- Bring up the console command with the button " ` " without the ""
and type the following command:
cg_fovscale and add your value for example 1.4
cg_fovscale 1.4 and it will apply the new field of view
i would say to not go any higher of 1.6+ as it causes problems with the screen... but your free to do as you like. That is the command to change the field of view my friend!
And make sure in settings you set the field of view to 65!
