Launcher do Plutonium não abre

Eu baixei tudo certinho como vi os tutoriais no YouTube, quando eu clico no launcher ele não abre, nao faz absolutamente nada, o que devo fazer?

Should have followed the tutorials in our forum instead of following outdated/shitty YT tutorials. Anyways, what windows version are you on? Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot the window.

Eu iniciei o jogo aí pra entrar em alguma sala eu não consigo aparece a seguinte mensagem "You have been disconnected from the Call of Duty Black Ops II servers"

You have 90 secs to join a server before it disconnects you. Could be shitty internet, or a slow HDD.
