Plutonium itself is just a modification client. However, the means by which you attain the basegame (torrent or steam) is completely up to you. If you used the torrent then yeah you're obviously pirating it.

não é pirataria se você comprou o jogo e mesmo se jogar a versão "não comprada" ainda assim não vai ter problema sendo que a activision mercenária cobra caríssimo por seus jogos antigos, mesmo abandonados.
