    every time i load up zombies or multiplayer it lets me play for 5 minutes then it crashes also it doesn't give me an error code

      stinkie_ what is your antivirus? Even if it is disabled some of them can still cause issues.

          stinkie_ Add Plutonium folder and BO2 folder as exclusions in both. Tutorial here
          Also repair your game just in case.
