Hello, good day, I have the same problem and what you say about updating the pluto launcher when I open it, I get that it looks for updates but it does not find any or update anything and I still have the problem that the unlockall does not work. Thanks in advance

II-Ghost-II so your problem is that you cannot update? Since you didn't talk about an error I guess your game starts fine but oudated? Maybe this could help you.
The launcher updates itself when you start it. If it's not doing it this means you pinned the launcher while it was running.
To fix this unpin Plutonium from your taskbar, make sure Plutonium is closed and pin plutonium.exe again.OR
Delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and download a new copy of the launcher here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
Then place the new exe anywhere you want: on your desktop or in your game files folder for example and run it.
The update process will start and you won't have anything more to do next times, only run plutonium.exe and it'll automatically update
