Try getting rid of all the useless folders in-between. Just create a folder called Games inside E:/ drive, and put pluto_t6_full_game in it. And reselect the directory in game settings of the launcher (E:/Games/pluto_t6_full_game) and see if that works.

HannesC nope doesn't work. I re-installed it as well but .it keeps giving the same error

Make sure your torrent is actually finished.

Run this file https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat to ensure you have all the redists required to run the game. Try doing this as well - https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6353/how-to-repair-your-t6-installation. If it still doesn't work, I'm outta ideas.
